Comments: Due to an accident on a Sunday, I ruptured the tendons from the patella to the Quad muscles.

I was fortunate that Dr Sangorzan was on call that day. Diagnoses at ER clearly recognized the rupture.

Dr. Sangeorzan scheduled an office appointment the following Monday.
Understanding the importance of fixing the injury so I would be able to walk again and the urgency of fixing it before the muscle retracted too far, he scheduled me for surgery ASAP.

To do so required surgical approval from 4 other doctors that I see.

I was so impressed by how promptly he reached out to them to make sure they would understand the need to see me and get the necessary surgery approval. He also personally handled it so there would be no delay in the communication process.
An even greater surprise was the direct communication with me to coordinate all of the necessary visits to the doctors. This is out the ordinary, but again, due to the urgency, he took no chances for a delay in communication.

The outcome was terrific and he expects a complete return to normal function.
In providing rating, I generally use a 3 as starting point if the service was what was expected. A 4 or 5 is given if the service exceeds expectation.

There is no question in my mind that Dr. Sangeorzan should be rated as 5.
